The pride and passion outfit is currently sitting on the 11th of the Ghana Premier League table after a slow start to the season.
The club based in Tamale has played four matches in the new season losing two, drawing one and winning one match.
Over the weekend, Karela United secured a hard-fought 0-2 win over Legon Cities at University of Ghana Sports stadium, bagging their first three points that ensured the team move out the drop zone after Round 4.
The teams making the top four on the league table include Medeama Sc, Bibiani Gold Stars, Nations FC, and Heart of Lions.
The two most successful clubs, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak are 6th and 13th on the Ghana Premier League table respectively.
