The Black Galaxies of Ghana have been drawn alongside Nigeria in the final qualification round of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Ghana has been paired with the locally based side of Nigeria to battle it out for one of three qualification slots for WAFU B nations.
Coach Didi Dramani’s side learned their opponent for the qualifying round of the 2024 CHAN after the draw was held at CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, on October 9, 2024.
The winner of the two-legged fixture will secure a qualification to the biennial tournament, which will be staged in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
The first leg tie will be held in Accra between 20-22 December 2024, and the reverse leg fixture will be played between 27-29 December 2024.
Ghana defeated their arch-rivals Nigeria to secure a qualification to the last edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco.
