The bankroller of Sankara Nationals in Yendi, Alhaji Baba Daney has visited two of his boys Hadi Mohammed and Mohammed Misbaw, in Portugal.
The duo had traveled to Portugal on April 12th for 10-day trials with unnamed clubs. Currently playing for Karela United in the Ghana Premier League, Hadi Mohammed, a winger, and Misbaw, an attacking midfielder, are expected to make a strong impression to secure a deal with their prospective clubs.
Alhaji Daney, who considers them his top prospects, has pledged to invest the necessary resources to help them become professional players.
After weeks of intense training in Accra to prepare for the trials, the duo is well-equipped for the challenge ahead.
Following his visit to Portugal, he is expected to travel to Slovakia to meet with Ibrahim Adams, who recently signed with a lower-division side in the Slovenian league.
