The Grinding Mill Operator, MBA Abukari(Manika-Lana) who impregnated a Minor at the age of 12, in Zogbeli, a suburb of Tamale, has been sacked from the job by the owner of the Grinding Mill.
This follows a boycott by community members of Zogbeli to stop milling their grains at the place after Mba Abukari allegedly defiled the Minor.
Factsnewsroom can exclusively report that Mba Abukari is not the real owner of the Grinding Mill in Zogbeli, but was just a mere Operator hired for the job. But time has caught up with him due to his bad deeds.
Even though Mba Abukay has taken full responsibility for the Pregnancy, the parents have taken their child back to Sankapagla in the Central Gonja District of the Savannah Region, her place of birth, for better care, as they cannot entrust the girl’s care to the former’s hands.
As it stands now, the parents feel reluctant to report the matter to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service.
The Minor’s pregnancy came to light when she tested positive for Pregnancy, carrying a four-month-old baby in her belly following detection and behavioral changes in her.
