Karela United FC just pulled off an important 1-0 victory against Kpando Heart of Lions in Week 7 of the Ghana Premier League at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
Hadi Mohammed’s individual brilliance made all the difference in his first start of the season, wining a penalty on the 87th minute of the game , Mohammed Latif made no mistake from six yards to secure 1-0 for Jimmy Corbllah side
It’s worth noting that Kpando Heart of Lions was undefeated in their last six games, with one win and five draws, before this match.They even dominated the first half, winning key battles, but couldn’t capitalize on their momentum.
Mohammed Hadi has scored two goals so far for Karela united in Ghana premier league coming out as a second half substitute in the previous four matches. His first start today underscores his importance for the club as he was named the MVP of the match.
