Hajia Zelia Iddi Donates Sports Equipment and Materials to Tamale Metro Football Association

The Northern Regional Football Association Women’s Committee Chairperson, Hajia Zelia Iddi, has demonstrated her unwavering commitment to grassroots football development by donating essential sporting equipment to the Tamale Metro Football Association (TMFA).

Hajia Zelia Iddi, who is the only CAF A Licence holder in Northern Ghana, presented the items to support the Tamale Metro FA Juvenile Committee as it prepares to organize the upcoming juvenile football leagues.

The donated items included: Four (4) footballs, Four (4) whistles, Two (2) referees’ flags and One (1) digital weighing scale

Speaking during the presentation, Hajia Zelia Iddi explained that the donation is intended to strengthen the association’s efforts in managing and developing young footballers. She assured the association that additional support would be provided whenever the need arises.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Tamale Metro Football Association, the Juvenile Committee Chairman, Afa Suale, expressed profound appreciation to Hajia Zelia Iddi for her generosity. He described the donation as timely, noting that the association is currently making preparations for the commencement of the new football season.

Also present at the presentation were the TMFA Secretary, Hassan, Technical Committee members Coach Joe Bar, Coach Naminudeen, and several young players, all of whom commended Hajia Zelia Iddi for her continued dedication to the growth and development of football in the Northern Region.

The donation reflects Hajia Zelia Iddi’s passion for nurturing young talent and her determination to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of grassroots football across Northern Ghana.
