A tragic incident has occurred in Tamale, Ghana, where Mohammed Habib, a talented young player for Kalipohin Football Club, was brutally shot dead by unknown assailants at his family home in Fuo.
The incident allegedly stemmed from an argument between two individuals, resulting in one of them returning with a loaded gun and shooting Habib, who innocently stepped out of his room.
The community is outraged, condemning the senseless act of violence and the alarming presence of guns in the wrong hands, particularly among drug addicts.
The family is now facing the additional burden of paying GH¢2000 for autopsy and police reports.
The authorities are urged to take swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and address the growing concern of gun violence in the community.
