Karela United FC have expressed heartfelt appreciation to their supporters, stakeholders, and the Tamale community after ending the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season with a strong top-10 finish.

Karela United FC wrapped up the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season in ninth position with 49 points, recording 13 wins, 10 draws, and 11 defeats — the club’s best finish since its acquisition by Hon. Haruna Iddrisu.

In a statement released by the club’s management, Karela United thanked players, technical staff, supporters, sponsors, traditional authorities, and the media for their unwavering support throughout the campaign.

The club highlighted its impressive home form at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, where the team secured 12 victories from 17 matches, describing the support from fans and stakeholders as instrumental to their successful season.

Management also paid tribute to Chiefs, Traditional Leaders, and Imams for their prayers, guidance, and encouragement during both difficult and successful moments of the campaign.

Karela United further acknowledged the role played by community leaders, media practitioners, and everyone associated with the club, pledging to aim even higher in the upcoming season.

Karela United FC would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our stakeholders including the players, technical staff, fans, board and sponsors for a thrilling 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

This season, our dominant home form of 12 wins out of 17 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium was instrumental in our top-10 finish. We couldn’t have achieved this without your relentless support.

To our Chiefs, Traditional Leaders, and Imams — your prayers, blessings, and counsel have guided this club. We felt your support through every high and low. Thank you for standing with Karela United.

To the media, the community leaders, and everyone who played a role, big or small: thank you.
