The Director-General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mohammed Abdul-Salam, has reiterated the importance of teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement in driving the Authority’s ongoing transformation agenda.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Mr. Abdul-Salam revealed that he recently held the NLA’s Quarter 2 Staff Durbar, bringing together employees of the Authority for an interactive session focused on dialogue, feedback, and institutional development.
According to him, the durbar served as an open platform for staff to engage management, share concerns, offer suggestions, and contribute ideas toward improving the operations of the Authority.
“The success of the NLA depends on all of us working together,” the Director-General stated, emphasizing the need for a united workforce committed to achieving the organization’s goals.

Mr. Abdul-Salam stressed that creating an environment where staff feel heard and valued is essential to building a stronger and more efficient organization capable of delivering on its mandate to the people of Ghana.
The Director-General further expressed confidence that through collective effort and shared commitment, the NLA can be transformed into an institution that both employees and stakeholders can be proud of.
