‎Northern Ghana has received international visibility at the World Football Summit in Spain, with football administrator Ibrahim Gagbuni President of Fc Tamale and Alhaji Osman Baba Daney, Chief Executive Officer of Yendi-based Sankara Nationals FC, participating in the global football gathering.

‎The event also provided an opportunity for the two football stakeholders to meet Wunam Haruna, Chief Executive Officer of Kick Nations Sports, the son of Ghana Education Minister Hon, Haruna Iddrisu, another prominent figure with links to football development in Northern Ghana.
