The ’44 Minutes Bench of Aboabo’, an NPP Youth Wing based in Tamale has thrown its support behind Dr. mahamudu Bawumia as the ideal man to lead the NPP to victory in the 2028 elections, touting his digital transformation agenda while he was serving as Vice President in the erstwhile NPP Government.
According to the NPP group, the Former Vice President possesses the vision, required leadership qualities and track record of service that make him the sole Candidate to lead the party.
The ”44 Minutes Bench” made this known to the public in a press conference held on Thursday Morning at Aboabo in Tamale.
At the the Press Conference, the Secretary of Group, Sulemana Iddrisu pointed out that Dr. Bawumia demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of Ghanaians particularly the youth, articulating a compelling narrative that resonates with the party’s ideas.
On behalf of the Group, Mr. Sulemana Iddrisu lauded the persona of the former Vice President, who conducts his campaign devoid of character assassination and vindictiveness, focusing on issues based policies and campaigns to effect the lives of people positively.
The Group further eulogized the 2024 Presidential Candidate of the NPP for the introduction of his digital transformational agenda to spearhead development initiatives of the country, reckoning Mobile Money Interoperability, digital address system, digital payment systems among others as the brain child of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
