ORAL Team visits Tamale on fact-finding mission against illegal sale of State Lands

Members of Operation Recover All Loot(ORAL) have extended their mandate to the Northern Region as they visited Tamale to inspect state lands illegally acquired by private individuals and some Government appointees in the erstwhile administration.

The visit by ORAL team Members is grounded on a fact-finding mission aimed at gathering evidence to retrieve state properties against people who illegally captured them.

Members of the Oral committee who embarked on the tour to the region included Daniel Dumulovo, the former Auditor General, and Private Legal Practitioner, Martin Kpebu.

The Committee visit to Tamale follows several petitions forwarded by some concerned groups seeking the Committee to investigate the sale of some lands in the region especially within the Greater Tamale.

The ORAL Team Members toured some state lands at MTN Kaladan Office, Kaladan Park, GBC Land, China Mall, and Kalpohi among other State lands in Tamale.

ORAL is a strategic initiative aimed at addressing systemic corruption and financial mismanagement. By recovering misappropriated resources, the initiative seeks to enhance governance, restore public trust in state institutions, and create fiscal space for national development.

Members of the Oral Team as part of the tour of state lands took time to visit Tamale Dakpema, Naa Fuseini Bawah Binbarigu.
