Management of Real Tamale United has extended the contract of Head Coach of the club, Sarfo Castro for a 2-year contract.
This follows a vote of confidence passed on the coach after the end of the season even though he could not guide the team to snatch a slot in the Division One playoff against Eleven Wonders.
The Club announced the contract extension through a social media post today, 29th June 2025.
However, the renewal of the Coach’s contract signals a sense of satisfaction and appreciation of his work with optimism of securing a Premier League berth when given the chance to continue the project.
Coach Sarfo led RTU’s campaign in Division One to emerge at the top of Zone 1 A, qualifying the team for the playoffs but failed in his bid to qualify them to GPL.
