This follows a fierce altercation involving the driver of the team Bus and the Group after a Member of the latter boarded the bus for a reported trip.
According to eye witness account, the occupant of the bus immediately had fisticuffs with the driver after boarding the bus, resulting to the driver pulling out a knife to threaten his life in the midst of the confusion.
Having witnessed this by the group that attacked the bus, they requested that their allied should disembarked from the vehicle, for which the driver resisted, flaring the tempers of group.
They subsequently mounted a chase on the Karela bus and executed a barricade on the road near MTN Kaladan Office in Tamale to stop the driver and smashed the wind screen, forcing the driver to allow their member alight from the vehicle.
The incident occurred this morning around 10:30 to 11:00am, causing human and vehicular traffic on the road to the displeasure of road users.
